About The Job:
As a Solar Installer, you will be installing solar panel systems on rooftops. PE Solar offers full training and support, including a uniform, tools & materials.

Your Responsibilities:
- Installs conduit for attic and roof worksites.
- Maintains excellent lines of communication.
- Ensures accuracy of your own time as recorded by the Solar Foreman.
- Performs all installation duties.
- Follows Construction Job Flow Procedures.
- Follows instructions of the Residential Solar Foreman.
- Performs Installations with the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.
- Maintains knowledge of code.
- Uses the proper safety equipment for safe installation practices as directed.
- Participates in required training programs.
- Ensures attention to detail with an emphasis on quality and safety.

- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Efficient and Productive work ethic.
Physical Requirments:

- Ability to climb ladders and work with site assessment equipment while on elevated platforms.

You will earn $15.00 - $20.00 ++ per hour in this position, depending on your work ethic and experience. We offer base pay, healthcare benefits, dental insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
