About The Job:

The Residential Project Manager will be responsible for managing the solar project with the homeowner interface throughout the entire solar installation process, from the time of sale to system turn on.

Your Responsibilities:

- Review incoming Purchase Contracts.

- Review site visit Photos and alert the appropriate party.

- Hold all communications with the homeowner on a biweekly basis.

- Verify the Design matches the contract.

- Submit all utility paperwork, HOA Applications, Interconnection Applications when needed.

- Follow-up with the utility company to verify that the Green Tag was received from the city to ensure we can get commissioning (Final Inspection) within the correct timeframe.

- Create a “Close-Out Letter/Manual” to go to the homeowner using the server's templates.

- Ensure the Utility Company has everything needed to close out the reservation to show completed and commissioned.

- Take incoming calls and speak to homeowners when needed.

- Assist Service Dispatcher with any Solar Service issues. Dispatch technicians as needed.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if required.

- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted.

- May require repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.

- May require prolonged periods of sitting throughout the workday.

- Willing to travel to the various job site and/or employee recruitment and work locations.

In this position, you will earn $15.00 - $20.00 ++ per hour, depending on your work ethic and experience. We offer base pay, healthcare benefits, dental insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
