About The Job:

As our Chief Sales Talent Officer, you will oversee the national sales recruiting department responsible for staffing our national sales offices in 7 current locations. As a constantly growing solar organization, our talent needs are immense and require constant recruiting attentions. The solar industry is highly competitive and requires new and emerging ways of attracting top-performing sales individuals. This role is self-paced and highly rewarding as you directly impact the companies growth as a direct result of your efforts. The Chief Sales Talent Officer will report directly to the CEO and have an open communication line with PE Solar ownership.

Your Responsibilities:

- Develop proven recruiting strategies and the business's overall recruiting and sourcing mission.

- Work directly with sales staff and management to maximize internally sourced recruiting.

- Manage and create department budgets and goals.

- Amplifies company recruiting culture and departmental culture amongst the recruiting team.

- Provide departmental direction and innovation to create a competitive edge over other solar recruiters.

- Build and manage a team underneath you.

- Directly recruit daily via personal interactions to find candidates for all National markets.

Your Qualifications:

- Microsoft Office experience.

- 2+ years of Recruiting experience.

- 2+ years of direct sales experience.

- Excellent phone and face-to-face presentation, communication skills.

- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred.

- Experience in the construction or solar field is a plus.

- Ability to integrate well within a team environment.

- High level of computer literacy.

- Creativity and thinking outside the box are a must.

- Self-starter work ethic is a must; you will not be micro-managed.
